Unable to Identify Elements in Machine Readable PDF when system is locked

Hi,
When i am unlocking my system, PDF file need to be running in the background and it should be processed.

But, PDF file is not processing as excepted when i am unlocking my system.Please give me any suggestion or help me through this process.
