Unable to get Transaction item after sucessful two transaction process

While trying to run a workflow where it is getting transaction item from a queue in Orchestrator,
it is processing only two items from queue after that getting this

Looks like your 3rd transaction is not Navigating to right page to fetch and create yearly report. Please writeline to get the transaction information from get transaction item

some times due to n/w issue robot can not able to connect to orchestrator. if not that, then it would be the credential issue or role issue.

It was due to network issue , in my office premise I was facing this but now it got resolved.
