Unable to get certificate after Level I course completeion

I had completed all the lessons and quizzes in “Level 1 - Foundation Training - 2018.3” but when click for the certificate I am getting an “Error 403” stating “403 FORBIDDEN You don’t have permission to access this page” .

I had also completed the level 2 course, I didn’t face any problem to get certificate. Can someone help me to fix this issue.

  • Restart Browser
  • Clear Cache and Cookies
