Unable to find Excel activities

I tried both approaches:

  1. I can’t see v3.0.1 in the manage packages even though I added it in C:\Program Files\UiPath\Studio\Packages
  2. I can’t access the page, I see the following error “User does not exist in any organization. Please reach out to your administrator, and ask them to add you to an organization. (#216)”

do you know maybe how I can resolve “unable to load the service index for source” that I get in manage packages?
