Unable to find control on crm

hello guys i have crm application in which i have to handle some popups
but i am unable to find control that popup and handle it pls help

yes but element exists is not working to find control

Try Image Exists instead. And if credentials are pre-filled you can send enter as a hot key

ok but that pop ups come only once unless the pc is not restarted again n again

For that you can use Text Exists also, if the Text of popup exists then send a hot key.
