Unable to find complete value of variables

I am unable to get all the values stored in one of my variable when I am inputting in my workflow. I checked values after assignment, it shows that there are values in my variable but when I insert that variable in a form filling workflow, it shows there is only one value. What can be potential reason for this problem?

@Sameer.Ranjan Are you able to get all the values using a Message Box?

I figured it out, I wasn’t looping whole fillup form in for each row activity.
