Why is Communications Mining not visible in Automation Cloud when trying to add it as a service?

Issue:

Unable to find Communications Mining when trying to add service in Automation Cloud

Resolution:

Note that AI units are needed in order to add Commutations Mining as a service in Automation Cloud. Make sure the license key has AI units available, if not reach out to Sales POC/CSM to help procure AI units. Below screenshot for reference.
