Why is Communications Mining not visible in Automation Cloud when trying to add it as a service?
Root Cause: AI units are not enabled or the license type is not Enterprise.
Resolution: UiPath Communications Mining is readily available to be added as a service in Automation Cloud only if the following two conditions are met:
- License contains AI Units
- License type is Enterprise.
