Unable to find a monthly report download for Advanced Training Assignment 2

There are multiple posts on this topic but I couldn’t find any resolution so I’m trying again.

I’m working on assignment 2 of the Advanced training and am at the point where I need to download the montly reports for each work item. However, I can’t find a single report to download in my test data. Every time I try to download I get the message:
No report found for this vendor / month / year…

Multiple people suggested re-setting the test data and I’ve done that twice and still been unable to find a report. The instructions say to use 2017 but I’ve searched 2017 and 2018 and still, no reports.

Any other ideas?

If you reset data and still fail, I think you should send mail to admin.

I created a support ticket through UiPath but if I don’t get a response tomorrow I’ll alert the admin masses. Appreciate the tip.

Hi Everyone,
This was a user error. DOH! I was using the WIID as the vendor Tax ID, not the TaxID I extracted from the details page. My mistake.
