Unable to Fill value in the Invoice Details Screen

Hi Experts
I am reading value from Pdf and filling the details on the Screen.Here I have a challenge there is a button on my screen which I need to click and and a new screen opens where I need to fill value for 8 fields.I did 'Type Into ’ it is not working.Then I did Double Click and Click option still the value are not filled automatically.Only when I double click manually on the first input text field then it starts filling the value automatically.I want to automate the whole process how to do ?Need your expert advice urgently.

Please provide some more information about the requirement, or perhaps the screen shots.

Thanks for your response.I cant share the screen as I am working for a banking client in a secure premise.Also the Desktop in which we are working cant share or take screenshot.

There is a click button for InvDetails.When we click the InvDetails button a new screen open where we need to key in values.We cant type into as mentioned in the above request.
Please support.

Hi,

Is Type Into activity throwing any error?
Is your application in remote desktop?

Type Into function does not type automatically I have to click on first value for example Invoice field then the value gets populated in the field.I want the values to populate automatically without the need clicking.

No it is not throwing error.Application is on desktop not remote dektop.

Hi @arjyadas,
After click activity…
place the activity inside the “Attach window” activity what you want to done in new screen
before that check the new screen appear or not…

Thanks for the reply. I selected Active Window and within active Window I placed my activity and it worked.
