Unable to export data in excel file

hello guyz,

I am trying export an report from my organisations website in excel format but when i export that report it downloads an empty excel!
can anybody will help me out ?

If you are do it manually then are you able to export data into Excel or not ?

If i do that manually I able to export the data in excel.

Could you please tell me the steps you followed to do this and also if you provide screenshots of it then we can help you better in this.

Im getting an error as sheet does not exist.

Could you please check whether you passed sheet name properly or not and also show me screenshot of it.

it’s just that websites issue which now i have been able to identify and I also got the solution over that.
