Unable to download the UiABA certificate

I passed the UiABA examination last Sunday and i am still not able to download the certificate from the certmetrics portal.

How long will it take for the certificate to become accessible in your certmetrics account?

The exact time frame can vary, but it usually takes a few business days for the certification to be updated. it will take some time

To access your certificate, you should follow these steps:

  1. Visit the UiPath certification portal: RPA Certification Advanced RPA Developer | UiPath
  2. Log in to your CertMetrics account using the credentials you used to register for the exam.
  3. Navigate to the “My Certifications” or “My Credentials” section in CertMetrics.
  4. Look for your UiPath Certified Advanced Business Analyst (UiABA) certification, and you should be able to download your certificate from there.

If you’ve been waiting for a significant amount of time and still don’t see your certificate, I recommend reaching out to UiPath’s certification support or customer support for further assistance.

it might take maximum upto 7- 10 working days, if still not received you could mail the UiPath cert metrics team

thanks all for your prompt response, I assume that the UiABA certification is a new one thus it will take a significant amount of time to be available for download in Certmetrics

I also recently passed my UiABA exam and am experiencing the same issue. I submitted a ticket to UiPath Certification Support, who indicated that a downloadable PDF version of the certificate was available in CertMetrics. After checking CertMetrics, I found that the downloadable PDF was not available and had to submit another ticket to UiPath Certification Support. I received a follow-up message from UiPath Certification Support yesterday which indicated that they were working on the issue.

All of this to say that I believe this is a wide-spread issue and that your best option is likely to contact UiPath Certification Support. Hope you receive your certification soon!

Currently, there might be a waiting period of a few weeks before your digital credentials reach your email inbox. All exam results are securely recorded in our credential management system.
