Unable to download Package from UiRobot.exe

Hello together,

we have installed Ui Robot.exe without Studio local on a client. The Licensing with regutil.exe works fine.
Then we have created the Package Folger manually and have copied a Package file in the Folder.
Now we want to start the Process. In UiRobot the process is displayed and the update button is displayed.
But when we click on the update button, nothing happend. The Package will not be downloaded and there is no Folder created in the userprofile.
I cant find a file "UiPath.Settings ".
Can you please help us, that the package can be updated and we can start the process.
