Unable to download OpenAPI 3.0 JSON File from DataService

Hi Everyone,

While trying to download the OpenAPI 3.0 JSON file from Data Service I keep getting an error stating “Could not download OpenAPI file. Please try again”, and on pasting the OpenAPI Link on the other tab I get this message “You are not authenticated to access Data Service. Make sure your Assistant or Robot is connected to a modern folder in your account.” Here’s the Screenshot:

I have followed all the prerequisites mentioned in the documentation and even double checked that my assistant and robot are connected to a modern folder.

This is part of AgentHack and is using the UiPath Labs Orchestrator that was provided. I’m not sure if the error is occurring because this Orchestrator is in a staging environment.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Please help us. I am part of the same team; we tried this on our personal cloud (Community), and our company’s cloud (Enterprise). It works without any problem.

We are only facing this issue on staging cloud of UiPath Labs. We are using Data Fabric as our Data Storage, and it is a crucial part of our Process. We are unable to go ahead with the development without this feature. We might have to settle down with an Excel file instead.
