Unable to download new packages after update

Hi,

We’ve recently encountered a problem after upgrading UiPath from 2020.4.1 to 2020.10.7 whereby previously developed workflows are unable to run due to being unable to download dependencies.

When attempting to update / rollback dependencies, the attached errors show. From the error message, it’s saying that UiPath.UIAutomationActivies 20.10.10 hasn’t downloaded locally - only 20.10.9. Although this is true enough (my local directory has 20.10.9), Orchestrator has the latest version, so why isn’t it consuming that? Further, when i rollback to 20.10.9, errors still show & asks me to repair the dependency.

StudioPackageError

Further to the above, i receive a proxy error - however, the proxy.config file has already been looked at by IT and the appropriate settings are in place. Is there any other proxy files that need to be looked at / any further changes that need to take place?

Thanking you in advance.
