Unable to download Community edition - looping on login

Hi there,
I am trying to download the community edition to start my course, but I am stuck on the login page and it does not let me continue. I have used Linkedin and Google to login but the results are the same, it loops to the page below with “Continue” always greyed out. I have tried different browsers and networks, but the results are same:

It is likely a cache problem. Clear the cache or try again with a different browser.

I tried with IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Just cleared cache again and tried with chrome, still the same result.
