Unable to downlaod Uipath application in my system due to below Error

Dear Team i am not able to download UiPath in my system. Please help me to downlaod. Attached the snapshot for your reference.

One or more errors occurred. (Could not connect to UiPath Robot Service. Make sure the service is started!)

Note: I had old version (2019.10.1)UiPath installed in my system. I have uninstalled the older version and try to install new verson.
