I’m trying to configure the ‘Retrieve File from Google Drive’ activity in the designer, but as you can see image , the connection I created in the Integration Service isn’t appearing in the ‘Google Drive connection’ dropdown.

Can you check the following:
- Verify that your Assistant/Robot is connected to the correct tenant.
- Verify that your robot/user account has permission to view and use the connection.
- Try creating the connection directly from Maestro by clicking + Connection.
- Refresh or restart Studio after creating the connection to reload the available connections.

If you are community from past few days we had multiple instances where users reported the same..to verify or confirm can you try to open the network tab from inspect menu and check if any failed calls are present

that dropdown is folder scoped, thats what usually catches people here. The designer only lists connections living in the same Orchestrator folder your Maestro solution is tied to, so a connection can show as Connected in Orchestrator and still not appear becuse it was created in My Workspace or another folder
since the march update connections are managed inside Orchestrator, so open Orchestrator, go to Connections and check wich folder that connection actually sits in, then compare with the folder of your solution. If they dont match just recreate it in the right one, easiest way is using the plus inside that same dropdown in the activity, that way it lands already in the correct scope
if you recreate it in the matching folder and it still comes up empty you are probably hitting the same as this thread, some people seeing connections not detected in Studio Web and Maestro since the migration: Google Drive connection not showing in Studio Web BPMN Start Event connector dropdown
