Unable to delete transaction items

Hello,

I am trying to delete the transaction items but unable to do so. The status is IN PROGRESS for the transaction items and also my role is of Administrator so delete option is checked in roles.

Not sure how to proceed. Kindly could anyone help.

Hi @pravmail

It is not possible to delete the transactions that are In Progress. These will automatically transition to Abandoned status after 24 hours.

Hy @pravmail,

You should not about them, uipath will keep them as logs. If you try running the robot again those items in ‘In Process’ won’t be processed again.
