How to delete Artifact Pairs on Tasktop
Issue Description
Existing Artifact Pairs have to be deleted, but the delete/remove buttons are not available on the Activity tab.
On clicking Select All, there is no option to delete except to Sync.
Resolution
To delete existing Artifact pairs, user should be part of the group that has permission to delete the Artifact pairs.
- Navigate to the User Administration tab
- Click on Groups
- Click on TasktopDeleteArtifactpairUsers
- Under Members, add the member
- Sign out of Tasktop and sign back in
- Navigate to Activity page and click on Artifact Pairs
- The delete button is not available
This is helpful in scenarios where existing integration has to be altered or the integration was not set up correctly.
Note: If the User Administration tab is not visible, please reach out to Tasktop Admin to get the Artifact Pairs deleted.
