Unable to create unknown type "Log Message"

Hi there,

I developed a robot on UiPath Studio v19.10.4 and am trying to run it on another machine with UiPath Assistant (v20.4.3).
On launch, I immediately get an error:

unknown

I wonder if:

  • The difference in UiPath versions could cause the error?
  • The fact that I am not running the robot on the same machine that was used for developments could cause the error?

I should specify that the machine used to launch the run has a strong firewall (it’s not mine so I don’t have the admin rights), could it be a lead to where the error could come from?
