Unable to create or open process

Good day,

I haven’t used uipath studio for some time. Last version was 2019.1(I think).
Today when I wanted to created a process I am getting this error.
2019-11-15%2010_32_09-UiPath%20Studio

I have disabled the antivirus. No Success.
I have updated the version. No Success.
I have cleared the AppData. No Success.

What could be the cause of this and how can I get it resolved.

Take a backup of project.json file.
Delete project.json file and the try to open Main.xaml with UIpath studio.
