Unable to create Connection in chatbot.uipath.com

I am unable to create Connection in Chat.UiPath.com , Please help me on this, Is there any restriction to create this?

@Jaya_Raj - To help us debug can you please provide the following info:

The login provider used (Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn/Email)
Any errors that are logged in the console when you try to create a connection. To do this, open up the developer tools in chrome (F12 on your keyboard), select the console tab and proceed to try and create a connection

Can you also let me know whether you logged into chatbots using Microsoft,Google,LinkedIn accounts or Email?

@Jaya_Raj - this issue is caused due to invalid tokens being generated when you login. This is likely because your system time is set incorrectly. Can you please confirm that your system time and timezone is set correctly (see: How to set your time and time zone), and let me know if the issue still occurs?

Hi Karan, Thanks for the reply, tried many ways to reset it , but there is no luck. My system time set in IST, is that causing issue?

I had the same issue, I managed to get it to work by changing the sync server in win10, as soon as the sync was successful, the connection was made.
