Unable to create a classic Folder

Hi Community,

we’re using Orchestrator with Enterprise Plan but somehow i’m not able to create a new classic Folder on any other tenant except the defaultTenant anymore. I already disabled the User License Management for the tenant but it still doesn’t work.

Orchestrator Version: 2021.5.0

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Hi @Ketsara.Srithamma,

Ability to have classic folder might be disabled on that tenant which is why you don’t get option to create the same.

Follow below steps to activate the same.
Go to tenant → Settings and activate the option for classic folders.
