Unable to connect to Platform UiPath Orchestrator in New UiPath Assistant

Hi,
I am facing an issue while connecting my UiPath Assistant with Orchestrator. Unable to configure orchestrator, it is showing " Cannot handle redirect from HTTP/HTTPS protocols to other dissimilar ones." with connection type “Machine Key”.
Does anyone face a similar issue?

Can you show your Assistant and Orchestrator configuration for this?
Please also be sure that any firewall/vpn/antivirus is blocking you.
