I have been trying to connect to Dev Orchestrator in my dev Bot server using the service account dedicated for the bot. Even though it shows me the service account is connected to Orchestrator the license becomes unavailable. When I see it from the orchestrator’s view it looks like connected, as can be seen in the screenshot below.
Issues:
• I am unable to open my code in studio in the dev server because of not being able to connect to dev orchestrator for that service account. Can anyone advise what could the issue be?
Hi @Yoichi
Thanks for the response - let me respond to each of your questions
Can you share detailed information? Yes
Do you use AutomationCloud or On-premise? On-premise
How do you assign Developer license? Would you elaborate a little more here? We want to use service account - it’s unattended robot
Did you already try Sign-In? etc. **I can sign into the bot server with the service account and the service account is connected to orchestrator. However, like I showed on the screenshot in the previous post, the license becomes unavailable. ** Unable to open studio in that server
Should you have specific question - please let me know - would be great if you could include the screenshot of what you want to understand.
Can you check if settings of Unattended robot authentication is Hybrid (Tenant - Settings - Robot security) ? The following image is from AutomationCloud. But i think same settings exists in your environment.
FYI - I am able to login to the Prod Server and connect to Prod Orchestrator. However, I can login to the Bot server but unable to connect to Dev Orchestrator from there. Just thought could be helpful.
