Hello there,

While trying to launch a mobile device in Sauce Labs using the Mobile Device Manager, I am getting the following error:

“Unexpected error. CCYAbuse – job not started. Your organization has reached concurrent session limit.”

We tried launching devices on both Android and iOS, and the persists. The logs suggests to connect with admin or sales@saucelabs.com, I have attached the screenshot and logs for reference.
Note: This is the first time we are launching the Simulator

From the screenshot, it seems that you are trying to use 2 iPhone sessions at the same time in your free plan that allows only 1 connection at a time.

If you need more connections at the same time, as the error states, contact sales@saucelabs.com

Virtual App not opening in Mobile Device Manager

It seems that the error is generated by the Sauce Labs. Most probably you are using a free plan and you tried to run more jobs at the same time. Check the below: If the provided details didn’t help, try to reach the Sauce Labs support.
