Unable to connect robot to orchestrator internal error

Hello Team,

I am unable to connect robot to orchestrated,

It is showing internal error if I go to connect.

License - unattented version

It was connected got some Executor issue so I disconnected to reconnect now is am not able to connect kindly help

Hi @asha_TN,
Could you please give us more details? How looks setting for the robot in Ochestrator and in Assistant?
It’s hard to help by having just info “unable to connect” :wink:

tell us your studio version/connection Type
and tell us the exact point and incident
