Unable to connect Production Robot via Orchestrator

Hi,

I am unable to connect Production Robot via Orchestrator, it shows an error while running job through production robot “Unknown Username or bad password”, but with same credential manually i am able to login Production server.

Check Username. If it is in a domain please write it in the “domain\username” format while configuring robot in orchestrator.

i have given the username with domain name only

@NagaSujitha Open your command prompt and type “whoami” you will get Domain\Username and paste it there.
