Unable to connect orchestrator virtual machine remotely

I have created a virtual machine named “cloud robot-VM” and enabled remote desktop access.
However, when attempting to connect using the Remote Desktop Connection tool where I provided -
the access IP in the “Computer” section and entered the appropriate alias\username in the “Username” section, but I am unable to establish a connection. If anyone has any suggestions or insights, please let me know if there is anything I might be missing.

Your account needs permission to connect remotely.

From where I can grant these permissions ?

Talk to your network/server admins. It’s an Active Directory thing, there are many ways to do it.

Ensure that both the machine from which you are connecting (the client machine) and the virtual machine (the server machine) have network connectivity. Check that both machines are connected to the same network and can communicate with each other also check the firewall settings on both the client machine and the virtual machine. Make sure that the necessary ports for Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) are open and allowed through the firewall. By default, RDP uses TCP port 3389.
