Unable to Configure SMTP Server in Mail Settings for stand-alone on-prem Orchestrator 2023.10.1

I need assistance with configuring the SMTP server to receive email alerts in our setup. I’m working with the stand-alone Orchestrator version 2023.10.1. In version 2022.4.4, everything worked smoothly with port 25, ‘Enable secure connection,’ ‘Use default credential,’ and without specifying a Username or Password. However, in 2023.10.1, I’m unable to save this configuration, despite the test email being successful. When I try to save, I receive the error ‘Failed to update settings.’

@kmkrtch Please refer to the steps mentioned in the UiPath documentation. The document also includes an example, which I believe will be helpful for setting up your configuration.



This setting works at our end - Orchestrator 2024.10.1

Only host name and port provided. Appropriate setting at mail server end must be done indeed to allow mail relay.
