Unable to configure robot to orchestrator after last week update

Orchestrator showing some internal issues and not able to configure robot as well.

Could you please logout and relogin once.

I tried multiple time logout and relogin , but still UI issue is there on orchestrator. And robot is not getting connected however all setting are correct.
