If your robot is connected as unattended and you are trying to open/use studio, you need to first enable troubleshooting session from orchestrator.
For unattended robot, you can use studio for only troubleshooting purposes not actual development.
Troubleshooting session lasts for 2160 minutes and then disable automatically, so you would need to re-enable it again after 2160 minutes are over.
Once you enable the troubleshooting session for your machine, robot error will go away.
To enable, do
- Go to Tenant, then select Monitoring.
- Select Unattended sessions from the Section dropdown menu.
- Identify the machine where the error occurred, select More Actions at the end of the machine row, and then select Configure troubleshooting session.
- Enable it and provide 2100 minutes in there
- Restart UiPath studio.
It should work post that.
