Unable to complete UiPath academy even though assignment is complete

Hi ,
How can i proceed to finish my Level 3 Advanced. From the results , it has shown that i have pass and complete the criteria and unable to upload new file

Furthermore , on the next it said to download the file in order to complete it. But i am unable to proceed any further after this

How can i proceed?
