Unable to complete “Build Your First Agent with UiPath Studio Web” module – screen not loading

Hi Team,

I’m currently doing the “Agentic Automation Associate Training Certification”. I have completed all the modules except “Build Your First Agent with UiPath Studio Web”, which is still in ‘Resume’ status.

When I try to open and complete this module, the screen data is not loading and it just keeps showing a loading spinner/Blank screen and never progresses.

I have tried:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Clearing browser cache

But the issue still persists.

hi, @Prashanthi_Salakalakonda Try another browser and use Incognito mode.

Turn off any pop-up blockers/extensions.

Restart your PC or switch to a different network.

If it still hangs, contact UiPath Academy support, send them your screenshot, and mention your steps.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve already tried using another browser and Incognito mode, turned off extensions, and restarted my PC, but the issue still persists.
