Unable to click on details in Jobs Orchestrator

Hello All
We do Faulted jobs monitoring daily where we login to specific tenant and click on jobs and select filter as Faulte interval as last day and we needclick on details tab which shows on right side .For every Faulted job we need to click respective 3 dots icon towards right anc click on details to fetch process name VM Name and error details.We couldnt be able to click that icon.Any idea
