Unable to click on an item in the drop-down

I cannot click an item in the drop-down because when I use activities to click, it can only capture the whole drop-down frame and not a specific item. I cannot provide the current drop-down sample due to security reasons, but it will be similar to the one below.

Use Select Item activity instead of Click.

Have you tried the Select Item activity that’s designed for pulldowns?
