Unable to click hide bar on the screen

Question 1: Before upgrading the chrome the click activity is able to click on the hide bar on the screen but unbale to click after upgradation of the chrome? Is there any problem with chrome upgrade. If we downgrade the chrome version then it is able to locate the object.

Question 2: Unable to target each textboxes on screen only half of the page is able locate? Is their settings problem in chrome?

To resolve this issue we need to update the existing plugins and restart the studio.
