Unable to clear the Assignment 3 (Generate Yearly Report)

Please help me with this issue. The workflow is running in my system but when I submit it the evaluation comes to failed.

Check assignment evaluation result and make sure you should follow all those things.

Record your process running and upload this video also along with zip file.

Paste your assignment evaluation status here and will check it and update you why it is getting failed.
