Unable to capture individual properties

I’m facing problem in my vm when i click option to capturing in any particular text or activity, it has selected full monitor. Unable to select particular text or activity which I need. Any advice on this? Is thr any setting need to be change?

But my other vm running fine ,without this issue. I’m not sure what’s the different? Pls advice. Thanks

Have you installed UipathRemoteRuntime application in VM ?

And also you can try Computer Vision activities to work with remote application and it will easily recognise elements.
