Unable To Bulk Assign Actions To User

Unable to bulk assign action items to user in Action Center.

Issue Description: Unable to bulk assign action items to users. The assign option greyed out.

Root Cause: For this specific scenario, there could be a possibility that the Folder that the Actions are created might be different. If Folders are different then it is not possible to bulk assign Actions, as the user might not have enough privileges in other folder.

Resolution: Try the below,

  1. Filter the unassigned actions by folder.
  2. Select all the Actions and then bulk assign it to the respective user.
