Unable to authenticate Orchestrator cloud platfrom(API connect issue)

Hi team.

I perform a POST request to “https://id-platform.uipath.com/oauth/token”
but I can not get any response.

Someone told me that the reference was wrong and tried to connect as it did.
here is the issue “Unable to authenticating to my cloud platform based Orchestrator Tenant - #6 by 111192”

Then I faced another problem. access_denied.

How can i solve this issue?

I also tried renew access api information.

You are using wrong URL in the first screenshot @111192

sending it as patform instead or platform… Can you check and retry that again?
