Unable to allocate attended License to a machine

Hi All,

I am unable to allocate attended license to machine, because as I add a new machine , i am getting the option for unattended and non-production license and no option to allocate attended license. Please suggest , and we have available attended license

Hi @Rita1,

If you have attended license at the host level check and allocate few for the tenants as well where you need to assign it to the new machine.

Hi @Rita1 ,

You have to login into your Orchestrator with Host Login and allocate attended licenses to your Tenants from there. Then you can see the attended license count in the Tenant login as well.
