Unable to add testset in test manger

Any one aware of below issue. Orchestrator doesn’t show the test capabilities even though the licenses are apparently correct and the test manager is also fully available. kindly help

This is usually a licensing issue. You need a testing robot and testing runtime enabled for the particular tenant. Like displayed in the screenshot below.
