Unable to assign roles to users on Orchestrator.
Description: Unable to add roles to users on Automation Cloud when using Azure AD integration

Resolution:
If the User adding roles to other users has not signed in at least once with Azure AD account, then only the roles of the local account will be present. Login using Enterprise SSO to be able to add roles to other users.
