Unable to add 'Recording' button to Quick access toolbar

I was once able to add the ‘Recording’ button to the quick access toolbar.
But after restarting studio, QAtoolbar was reset. Now probably after a studio version update, I am unable anymore to add the ‘Record’ button to the QAToolBar.
Any suggestions?

Same issue happened to me, waiting for the answer …

I tried resetting the settings, nothing happened.
I even reinstalled the app, same behaviour, this might be a bug…?
