Even though the users are enrolled in the Cloud organization, it is not possible to add them to a project in Communications Mining. When searched for their name, result is not obtained in the field.
Note: The following information is valid only for UiPath Cloud organizations that have SAML enabled as authentication method. Organizations not using SAML authentication are not impacted by this.
With SAML integrated organizations, users can self-enroll in the UiPath Cloud organization - indicating, they are not invited individually via email. In this case, the owner of a project in Communications Mining cannot add the enrolled users to the project, as they are not available in the possible list of members.
- In order to make the users available in the list, the targeted user (the one intended to be added to the Communications Mining project) needs to log into the UiPath Cloud platform and click on the Communications Mining icon from the left hand-side panel. This will make the user available in the list of possible members to a Communications Mining project.
