How to solve this problem,and why it happened?

@XZX321 Machine Name should be Taken from control panel & Username ,Password should be your login credentials to your device.If you provide them correctly,then you will be able to add robot (Or) Uipath is performing upgradation maintaince.

Thank you for the first,and I’m sure I provide them correctly,but still failed,and when i cliked the configure button,an error message shows like the picture below.Is there any probelm with my settings?
