Unable to activate my license

Hi !
I am trying to activate a license on a computer without an internet link but when I paste the Licensing response (from the activation portal) in Explorer Expert I have the error :
“Invalid license! This license code doesn’t seem to exist in the current reality.”
I ran it several time and I always have the same error. I think there is a character missing but I do not know how to have the complete license code…

Please help me :frowning_face:

Hi @albane,
What version of Explorer Expert do you have? If its community edition then you need to have internet connection and choose first option based on this doc:

For professional use the is Enterprise license which can be used without having computer connected to internet. To try it you can order trial enterprise license for Explorer Expert or use Community Edition one (this one requires internet connection).

I have already ordered and enterprise license but I can’t activate it. When I paste the licensing response from the activation
