Unable to Access Orchestrator Installed in AWS VM

I have installed Orchestrator in an AWS Windows Virtual Machine.
Accessing the Orchestrator within the VM is okay, however, I cannot access it from the outside using its the public IP.

I got this error: This site can’t be reached

I have performed the following but still it does not work:

  1. Added an inbound rule for Port 443 in the VM’s Firewall.
  2. Disabled the VM’s Firewall for Domain, Private, Public Profiles’

I can access websites from Port 80.
Does anyone have an idea what’s going on?
